About Joanne Berkowitz

Growing up with an English mother and US Military father, Joanne spent the majority of her childhood living in England, Scotland, and Germany, moving to the United States in 1968.

Cabo San Lucas became a vacation destination in 1981 and after returning there as often as possible, she moved full time to Los Cabos with her family in 1989.

Experiencing firsthand the tremendous growth in both the tourism and real estate markets, Joanne became knowledgeable in real estate development working side by side with developers of luxury real estate projects with her focus on urban development, marketing and sales.

Forming strong professional relationships within these fields has given her a well-rounded background, but working one-on-one with clients is where her heart is.

Joanne is an exceptional relationship-based sales professional and dedicates herself to getting to know her clients and finding their perfect fit. Their perfect fit may involve listing the client’s property or matching her with their exact dream property or home.

After 30 years in Baja Sur, Joanne has recently fulfilled another personal dream by moving from Cabo San Lucas to Todos Santos.

The man in her life has participated in Baja desert racing for over 30 years and has established a Distilling business in Todos Santos.

Her love of gardening and cooking for friends still allows enough time for three Baja rescue dogs and an aviary full of chattering birds.
