Having built our dream home in the Cabo area, it was time to part with our beloved condo at Villa La Estancia, which we had owned since 2015. We had thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa La Estancia and benefited from significant rental income when we weren't using the unit, which made the decision to sell quite difficult.
