Born and raised in Paris, Raphaël spent 27 years immersed in the charm and vibrancy of the City of Light. Driven by his passion for real estate and finance, he dedicated six years as a project manager overseeing large-scale, complex developments.

His illustrious career in France culminated in managing the construction of the Paris 2024 Olympic Village, ensuring it was ready to welcome athletes from around the globe. Captivated by the breathtaking landscapes, ideal climate, and rich culture of Los Cabos, Raphaël turned his dream into reality by making it his permanent home.
