About Mariana Sánchez

Mariana Sanchez is a Mexican real estate professional, born and raised in Guadalajara, Jalisco,  who has proudly called Todos Santos home for the past six years. Her upbringing in one of  Mexico's cultural capitals fostered a lifelong appreciation for language, history, and human  connection, qualities that continue to shape her approach to real estate today. 

Specializing in market analysis, zoning regulations, navigation of legal procedures and the  unique characteristics of Baja California Sur's diverse neighborhoods, Mariana has become a  trusted resource for both developers and private clients. She is known for her meticulous  research, proactive approach, and commitment to providing clients with something  increasingly valuable in today's market: clear, reliable information. Mariana’s academic background in Literature and Linguistics further distinguishes her  professional practice. Her university education has cultivated exceptional communication  skills, a keen attention to detail, and an aptitude for writing and interpreting contracts and legal  documents with precision. More importantly, it has given her a deep appreciation for the  narratives that shape each client’s journey, enabling her to listen thoughtfully and advocate  effectively on their behalf. 

Originally drawn to Todos Santos in search of a safer and more balanced way of life, Mariana  discovered far more than she had imagined: she fell in love with its breathtaking sunsets and  sunrises, its close relationship with nature, and the unhurried rhythm that stands in stark  contrast to the pace of larger cities. 

When she is not working, Mariana can often be found camping, mountain biking, hiking,  swimming, fishing, or reading and writing by the ocean or in the mountains. Her passion for  exploration and contemplation reflects the spirit of Baja Sur itself; a place of never-ending discovery. Today, she feels privileged to share that experience and welcome new neighbors to  one of Mexico's most extraordinary communities.
