About Baja S.A.F.E.
Founded in 2007 by Isabelle Ann Tiberghien, Baja S.A.F.E. is a registered non-profit Humane Society operating in San José del Cabo, Baja California Sur. The organization is run by Isabelle Ann alongside a committed network of volunteers, and its impact extends far beyond animal rescue alone.
Baja S.A.F.E.’s primary focus is spaying and neutering rescued pets—averaging 150 cats and dogs per month through daily clinics open to families in the Barrios. Education is a key part of the mission, helping local communities understand the importance of responsible pet care while ensuring animals stay healthy within their homes.
For more than 25 years, Isabelle Ann has also supported underserved families by providing food, veterinary care, and resources for their pets. From routine clinic days to holiday gift drives for children, Baja S.A.F.E. operates where help is needed most—funded entirely by public donations and corporate sponsorships.
Rescued animals are rehabilitated, vetted, and placed into the SAFE PAWS Foster Care Program, where they are prepared for adoption in Baja, the United States, and Canada—creating positive change, one pet at a time.
The Event
To support this mission, we’re hosting a special fundraiser featuring a silent auction, the opportunity to meet and adopt Baja S.A.F.E. dogs, and a chance to directly contribute to the work that keeps these programs running.

For Milady, a slightly lazy husky who prefers to take it all in, Villa Voladizo delivers drama in the best way. Elevated ocean views, a striking infinity pool, and a modern layout with a generous backyard make this a home that invites a few laps before finding the right place to lie down.
Milady chose Villa Voladizo for its balance: space to roam, places to stretch out, and a front-row seat to Cabo’s coastline, without ever leaving home.
The Surfer Residence at Thompson — The Professional Lounger
Perched above Monuments Beach, one of Cabo’s most iconic surf breaks, The Surfer Residence was selected by Ophelia, the dog who has perfected the art of doing absolutely nothing.
With a private terrace, its own pool, and uninterrupted ocean views, this is the ultimate spot to lie in the sun and watch surfers carve the waves below. Why chase the action when you can observe it in comfort? For Ophelia, it’s all about slow mornings, warm afternoons, and endless blue horizons.
Finisterra Casa 80 — The Curious Explorer
Finisterra Casa 80 is full of hidden corners and outdoor moments—exactly what drew in the dog who loves variety, Tanaka. Multiple balconies, grassy pockets, shaded areas, and a pool create a home that feels different at every turn.
This pup chose Casa 80 for its sense of discovery. One minute you’re on the balcony, the next you’re by the pool, then tucked into a quiet corner with a view. For a dog that likes options, this was the clear winner.
Solaz Residence 305 — The Balcony Philosopher
Located within the Solaz Resort, Residence 305 was claimed by Emma. She just enjoys watching the world go by from her sunbed, while eating treats and drinking a pup cup. With direct ocean views, a spacious terrace, and access to full resort amenities, this home is designed for effortless living - perfect for Emma.
The appeal? Long hours on the balcony, ocean breezes, and a front-row seat to sunrise and sunset without ever needing to leave her favorite spot.
