About Lindsey Mathis

Lindsey Mathis is a luxury real estate advisor with The Agency Los Cabos, specializing in luxury residential properties throughout the region. Originally from Fort Mill, South Carolina, Lindsey relocated to Los Cabos and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle, community and extraordinary real estate the destination has to offer.

Her path into real estate began organically after meeting a local agent shortly after moving to Mexico. Her curiosity about the industry quickly developed into a new career, and she earned her real estate license in 2023.

With a business background in hospitality and tourism from the College of Charleston, Lindsey brings extensive experience in sales, marketing, hospitality and client relations to her real estate practice. Her background in hotel sales, the fitness industry and high-ticket sales has shaped her ability to connect with people, understand their goals and deliver an elevated, highly personalized experience. In 2026, Lindsey represented the seller in an $8.25 million luxury residential transaction, her largest sale to date.

Lindsey is particularly passionate about representing luxury properties and helping clients discover not simply a home, but a lifestyle. Having relocated to Los Cabos herself, she brings a valuable personal perspective to clients considering making Baja California Sur their full- or part-time home.

Outside of real estate, Lindsey is a devoted mom to her 10-year-old daughter, Nova. She enjoys fitness and wellness, personal development, traveling, horseback riding and beach days in Cerritos, and dinners with friends.
