Before launching his real estate career, Peter spent over two decades in New York City’s fast-paced advertising and entertainment industries.  He produced award-winning campaigns and complex commercial shoots for Fortune 500 brands and talent—earning international accolades like a Grammy, an Emmy, and a Cannes Gold Lion. His work demanded precision, creativity, and the ability to deliver under pressure—skills he now brings to every real estate transaction in Baja California Sur.

Peter thrives on helping clients see the full picture—from investment potential to market timing—and has a proven track record of finding off-market properties and building smart, data-driven strategies. Outside of real estate, Peter is most at home with his family in nature.
