Meet Carl
Carl Velleryd first came to Cabo in the early 80s on holiday while still living in Europe; January of 1990 the recurrent visit became permanent.
Having lived in several countries in Europe, almost by nature multi-cultural and multi-lingual, Carl and his family settled into the endless summers of Los Cabos with ease – the winters here are hard to beat.
Carl has been in real estate in Los Cabos for over 25 years and knows the local market, its dynamic and pace well. He has worked over the years in many different sectors, from beach front development lots to residential properties stretching from Todos Santos to Los Barriles. Carl is an active an well respected member of the local AMPI and MLS.
