Before entering the real estate world, he worked in customer service, renting sailboats, where he discovered his natural talent for connecting with people. Later, his passion for music helped him further develop his charisma and social skills while actively participating in community events and nonprofit initiatives.

Julio is bilingual and understands the unique needs of both local and international buyers. He is a team-oriented professional with a strong sense of community.
