Meet María Luisa
Originally from Chihuahua, Mexico, María Luisa Saenz has built a real estate career in Los Cabos defined by trust, professionalism, and a strong commitment to results.
With a background in Industrial Accounting, she began her professional career in Mexico City, working with the Secretary of Education and serving as a liaison between local communities and government institutions. This experience strengthened her communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills—qualities that continue to shape her approach to real estate today.
María Luisa’s connection to Los Cabos began in 2012, when she purchased her first property in the area. Drawn to its natural beauty, lifestyle, and sense of community, she relocated permanently in 2014 and began her full-time career in real estate.
Since then, she has guided clients through every stage of the buying and selling process with strategy, empathy, discretion, and attention to detail. In 2019, she completed a Master’s in Real Estate Development accredited by AMPI. In June 2021, she further expanded her professional expertise by completing the “Negotiation: Art and Science” program at IPADE Business School.
Today, as part of The Agency Los Cabos, María Luisa combines deep local market knowledge, professional negotiation skills, and the strength of a global marketing platform to help sellers position their properties effectively and achieve successful results—with care, clarity, and confidence.
