Meet Jim
Jim has brought a wonderful recipe for success to Los Cabos.
Originally from Massachusetts, Jim spent the past 23 years in Aspen, Colorado, operating his Home Furnishings and Interior Design business, Montecito, which later evolved into Montecito Loft & Home with a more modern aesthetic.
After closing his business, Jim set his eyes on the real estate world.
The transition to real estate was easy and fun for Jim, as living in the Aspen Valley, Jim built two houses of his own and furnished countless homes.
After being licensed in Colorado and California, Jim wanted a real change of venue. He had visited Los Cabos for over twenty years and witnessed the growth of the destination, which also appealed to him as a wonderful place to live- on all levels. Jim’s skills lie in his extraordinary ability to communicate and negotiate.
