Born in Bogota to a French-Colombian family, Nadia Leiva (Yaya) has built an international career combining luxury hospitality and real estate finance with a deep understanding of design and lifestyle.
With a degree in hotel management from France and an MBA from Paris, she has worked in Barcelona, Nice, Monaco, London, and Southeast Asia, where she joined the real estate finance and acquisitions team of a French hotel group. That experience gave her a unique strategic vision of investment and asset value.
Since 2014, Los Cabos has been her home and inspiration. Today, Nadia advises buyers and investors with an approach that combines global knowledge, local sensitivity, and highly personalized service. Her goal is to help each client find or sell not just a property, but a true life project.
