Meet Fabian
Fabian is a multicultural entrepreneur, driven by innovation and sustainability, with a profound interest and understanding of Los Cabos area and the Baja Peninsula.
Living in Cabo since the age of 6, and from a family of property owners and developers, he has an innate Real Estate experience.
His family background has provided him with a deep knowledge of local territorial organization, integrated tourist developments, as well as a very good understanding of local and national real estate market.
This familiarity with the local real estate market puts him in a unique position to offer great insight on business opportunities and real estate deals in the area.
Growing up, Fabian spent his high school years in Toronto Canada, making him fluent bilingual and has lived 12 years in Mexico City where he studied Chemical Engineering and started a few companies. Living in Mexico, he developed a broad network of Mexican and international investors, VCs and Real Estate Funds.
However, Cabo’s unique landscape, weather, geography, nature, golf courses and lifestyle had always pulled him back home where he currently lives.
In his spare time Fabian is a scratch golfer, tennis player and love all ocean related activities. He’s a family person, detail-oriented, and loves to meet new people.
